Rain soaked game in Husky Stadium(shocker). Both of my home games so far have been in the rain. I know it rains a lot in Seattle but this better not be a 100% occurrence.

South Carolina 35 - Utah 23
Utah lost a heartbreaker this week. After a close 1st half, I couldn't keep it together in the 2nd half. Down 11 late in the 3rd, I tried to go for it on 4th and inches on the goalline and did not convert (it really looked like my FB crossed the line!). Had I kicked the FG and got within 8, things may have played out differently.
Good game Ozi, your slow ass white QB running all over me was driving me crazy. Even setting multiple defenders to spy him wasn't helping....hoping the 10+ recruits I had on campus were focusing on the women and the free tats, as this game sure wasn't going to win them over.

Here's to hoping that camkp and MichWolverine84 play their games against the CPU tonight, so we can continue this speedy pace of advancing after Jank and I play later.

Think I might have to finish up my recruiting. Ah, yes. That too. My comment was more about completing games than recruiting since that is usually the last hold-up for advancing. MichWolverine84 has to recruit as well. Either way, it appears we will be advancing no later than tomorrow afternoon.

Cal gets a much needed first win especially since it was a big recruiting weekend as well. The Cal defense played it best game as it gave up only 28 points.

TAMU - 24 UNC - 30 UNC picks up its first win of the season in a nail biter against TAMU coming up with a big defensive stop on TAMU's final drive to get a turnover on downs and run out the clock. My turnover bug was still there as I threw 2 picks in what where basically identical routes that Hez's linebacker jumped giving him the lead in the third quarter. We still don't have access to custom playbooks right? In my third game of the season I believe I found an offensive coordinator!! Although we shall see if he truly lasts the full season. Hez, great game as always coming down to the final drive. You had a couple fantastic goal line stands that really kept you in the game. Lookin forward to our next heart palpitating game!

Hez, great game as always coming down to the final drive. You had a couple fantastic goal line stands that really kept you in the game. Lookin forward to our next heart palpitating game! North Carolina 30, #24 Texas A&M 24 Redwings and Ozi, consider yourselves lucky that you got the first cracks at Jank because he's officially back. While he may not have his favorite custom playbook that shredded us in the latter years of NCAA '12 at his disposal, he has found one that suits his strategy and talents quite well. Ziff, your wish was granted as I suffered my first loss of the season. However, it was a road loss, so it shouldn't hurt my stance with recruits much. Although, I'll have to see how it hurts my recruiting pitches. Jank, as usual, you find a way to beat me in heartbreaking fashion. As soon as you had the first TD drive, I cursed because I knew I was facing a Jank that was close to 100% offensively. I really thought I had you in the third quarter after your two interceptions and fumble, but my backup running back just had to fumble it back to you after he broke a tackle. There were multiple plays during the game where I had opportunities for big plays, but your blitzes got to my quarterback at just the right instance. I wish I could say the same for my blitzes as starting in a 2nd-and-18 hole on at least three drives were absolute killers for me. Great game, Jank, and good luck in the ACC. I'm glad I won't have to face you for a second time this season as I feel like I've played you 15 times and everyone else an average of four times each over the course of this dynasty.

haha good luck in the SEC, I'm definitely looking forward to not having two Hez matchups in a row as was the case so often last year. Also I forgot to mention, one of the biggest moments of the game had to be my converted 3rd and 18 or w/e it was, but that series really set the stage. GG again and who knows, we may face off again when we go bowling

As you said, it set the tone for your offense in the first half.

Hez, I liked your comment there. We always bitch about the coaches @ Michigan about their decisions on Saturday, but we see even only playing a video game that over the course of 100 plays in a game sometimes you just have a brain lock and there is not enough time to take it back. I still can't believe I blew a spot in the SEC Champ last year by calling a spy defense with 10 seconds left in the game.
If gives you some perspective when Mich gives up a 3rd and 15 and you see some LB jumping a 5yd curl route and that opens up a wide open passing lane. I'll still bitch but it is interesting.
