Utah 21 - NC State 17
Quinnesec almost escaped with a win in Salt Lake. He dominated early and held a 14 pt lead for quite most of the 1st half. It was 14-14 in the 4th when my freshman kicker came up like 10 yards short on a 41 yd fg.....needless to say, he sucks. Qsec booted a FG to take the lead with a little over 3 minutes left. He then proceeded to knock out my starting QB out for two weeks and my backup threw in INT on his 1st pass. My D made a stand and I got the ball back with about 1:30 left. Freshman QB went Tate Forcier and led a game winning drive making a few huge plays with his feet, including the go ahead TD. Hope the huge # of recruits that were on campus enjoyed the instant classic...
Nice game Q.....not looking forward to the trip to Raleigh next year!

Texas A&M - 31 Arkansas - 28
Texas A&M had an excellent first half, and it still wasn't enough to pull away from its rival, Arkansas. The Aggies took a 14-0 lead early in the second quarter as the A&M offense methodically moved down the field, dominating the TOP. The Razorbacks utilized two quick strikes to set up their 10 first-half points, but the Aggies offense registered an efficient 24 points before the break.
Then, in the third quarter, the momentum of the game began to swing. The Aggies' defense could no longer get off the field on third downs, and Arkansas tacked on a field goal to cut the A&M lead to 24-13. Then, Arkansas' safety perfectly jumped a route to intercept a A&M pass. One of the Aggies' offensive lineman actually forced a fumble on the return, but it was recovered by the Razorbacks. Arkansas capitalized on their fortunes, recovering another one of their own fumbles inside the A&M five-yard line, to score a touchdown to cut A&M's lead to four.
It was early in the fourth quarter when A&M decided to take control of the game that should have put away long ago. The Aggies converted a 3rd & 17 on a long pass play to set up inside the Arkansas red zone. The Aggies touchdown would be answered by another Arkansas score, setting up a 31-28 A&M lead with 3:27 left. Arkansas could not stop A&M's run-option on the final drive as the Aggies worked their way inside the Arkansas five-yard line before taking three knees to win the ball game.

There are only two games remaining that need to be played:
South Carolina-Maryland Cal-CPU
It appears both games will be played tomorrow, so expect an advance to Week 6 at some point tomorrow night.
However, I have been actively trying to find a 12th member to take over Washington. I believe I have someone, and if they happen to join tomorrow, I'll wait until they play their CPU game against Stanford.

#2 Scar 24 #23 Maryland 18
Played a very sloppy 2nd half which let dead back in the game after leading 21-8 at the half, My kicker missed a 44 yard FG in the 3rd, my LB didn't want to play in this game missing tackles left and right. Connor Shaw went 9/12 183 yards 2 scores, back up Ryan Smith went 4/5 19 yards. Lattimore had a slow day rushing 24 times 84 yards, seemed like he would just run into the G's ass... Great 1st half, poor 2nd half. If I can put together a full game who knows what would happen lol. Good game dead, that Rb is hard to tackle.
