Tennessee 91 - 49 Georgia.
OK, first off, I'd obviously never put up 91 points on a user, but I hate Georgia like I hate Michigan State, so I decided to have a little fun today. The offense was clicking ridiculously and until the second half my defense was doing well too. I actually think my offense was hurting my defense because by the time I was back on defense, the players were still tired! I had several 1-3 drive plays--I burned UGA's corners.
Tyler Bray went outside of his mind today, going 19/23 for 599 yards, 9 TDs and an INT. I went with the freshman backup over Justin Worley and he did well too, going 7/13 for 241 yards with 2 TDs and 2 INTs.
The second units on offense and defense played the entire 4th quarter.
Several receivers had big days: Justin Hunter: 9 receptions for 250 yards and 3 TDs. Da'Rick Rogers: 5 receptions for 306 yards and 4 TDs. Cordarrelle Patterson: 3 catches for 169 yards and 2 TDs. The fullback, Andy James, caught 2 passes for 34 yards and 2 TDs.
This game was a lot of fun. Hopefully the recruits had fun imagining how many points they can put up on the Bulldogs and will commit to the good guys. GBO!

Vanderbilt - 35 Texas A&M - 42
You know those games where it seems like the CPU is an unstoppable force? This was one of those games. Thankfully, it was only Vanderbilt, so I was able to overcome it.
Vanderbilt's offense was incredible. Anything I threw at Vanderbilt defensively, the Commodores had an answer. Their running backs consistently slipped through my linebackers, breaking numerous tackles, and my secondary could not stick with their receivers.
Thus, the score was 35-35 with two minutes left in the game. Once again, Vanderbilt was in A&M territory. Then, the first of two miracles happened. First, I had an incredible user pick in man coverage and returned it 78-yard return for a touchdown to take a 42-35 lead.
But Vanderbilt's offense still worked its way down field once again. This time, they were at my six-inch yard line. With 20 seconds left and one timeout remaining, Vanderbilt decided to pass on third and fourth down. The third-down play sailed through the end zone, and I broke up the fourth-down pass to force a turnover on downs with 12 seconds left.
Victory! But it felt like a loss. Ugh. I was very fortunate, but I'll take it as I had 11 recruits on campus. Maybe the excitement of the game will push them to commit? I can only hope.

I'll be ready. One caveat. I just played an online game and it was very jumpy. I'll have to rage quit if that is going on. No way to compete. I just refired it up hopefully it is fine.

UCLA 28 - Mizzou 16
My squad gets to 5-0 with a win over Ziff's group. I lead the entire game, but it was close throughout. In the 4th quarter, up 21-10, Ziff put a drive together to make it 21-16 after a failed 2 pt. conversion. On third down of the following drive, my slot came up with a huge conversion for a big gain. Following this play, WR Shaq Evans caught the ball off of a hitch, made a cut and took it in for 6 to ice the game.
Nice game Ziff. Your option game is tough to defend.

Looking forward to some good games. I was with Redwings a couple years back so I remember the rules. Sucks to come in at 1-3 but we will see if we cant get bowl eligible and go from there.

Pitt - 21 Wake forest - 14
Wake stayed with me the whole game. The running QB for them did pretty good I scored with 10 seconds left in the game to take the lead.
