OK, the backups are in with 4 minutes left in the 3rd to avoid another ridiculous score, but Tyler Bray still put up big numbers.

Tennessee 52 - 44 LSU.
The fact that LSU was within 10 of me is a joke. I was crushing LSU but I put the backups in and ran a conservative offense because I didn't want to run up the score on them like I did against Georgia last week. I was winning 35-24 at the half, and came out in the 3rd to score two more consecutive TDs. At 49-24, I decided to put in the backups because I could see the game blowing up. From 49 24, LSU thrived against my second team (surprise surprise) and actually made it close. I'm glad I won, but now I think we understand why it's important to keep your foot on the gas sometimes.
Tyler Bray went 15/21 for 512 yards and 6 TDs with 2 INTs. His backup went 2/6 in a quarter and a half of play. 55 yards, no TDs, 2 INTs.
The running game was non-existant. Marlin Lane carried the ball for 22 yards and a TD and Rajion Neal carried seven times for 11 yards.
Good thing you don't need a good running game when you can pass all over the defense. Justin Hunter and Da'Rick Rogers again led the way with Hunter collecting 7 catches for 162 yards and 2 TDs and Rogers catching 4 balls for 276 yards and 4 TDs.

#1 Scar - 38 Pitt- 0 This game was tight going into the 2nd QT, a 42 yard Pick busted this game open for the Gamecocks. Connor Shaw felt pressure all game long completing 6 of 10 for 158 yards 2 TD's no picks. Heisman front runner Marcus Lattimore rushed 33 times for 131 yards 2 TD's. Despite getting gashed on a few runs the Gamecocks D played very well forcing 4 turnovers, holding Pitt 0-8 on 3rd down and 0-3 in the redzone (due to Pitt's kicker). Tried new Defense this game, seemed to do alright with defending the pass, but not to many options to stop the run. Good game Mich, Pitt is def a up and comer team we all better watch out in a year or two.

#11 Alabama - 38 #22 Texas A&M - 35
My defense is atrocious. I mean, flat-out atrocious. I was hoping it was just an aberration early in the season, but it's definitely not. It's a trend and a season-long one at that. There just isn't enough talent on this team to keep up with Alabama on Heisman level.
I can't stop the run. The running backs -- Fowler, Yeldon, and Hart -- all just bounce off my linebackers. Broken tackle after broken tackle. It's truly incredible. If I don't have a second guy there for a gang tackle, the run will go for at least five yards.
I can't stop the pass. My defensive line cannot generate any sort of pass rush. They just keep getting pancaked on any play. When I try to bring blitzes, none of them ever get through, leaving my secondary vulnerable. When I do play back in coverage, my defensive backs can't stay with their receivers whether it be in man or zone coverage.
It's frustrating, especially when I see UCLA's press man coverage and South Carolina's pass rush. I have nothing but inexperienced players.
I drop to 3-3 (2-1 SEC). I can't afford another loss if I want a shot at the SEC Championship, but I'm not sure this team is capable of making it there.
