Saw an odd one. Have you ever seen a player regress without switching positions? One of my top recruits from last season just dropped a point. I like it in theory that guys could regress, but not when I'm counting on this dick to lead my secondary for the next 3 years starting next year.
My top improver was my HB who moved up 6pts.

Utes are done....wonder why this step can't be completed online (at least I couldn't) It took like 3 or 4 log ins but it eventually worked online. I think something got screwed up when we advanced to player progression during the cut period.

Most of my secondary only got a +1 OVR ratings bump, some stayed the same. A little weird.

I was hoping it wouldn't affect the training progression, but it seems the secondary wasn't completed. Sorry about that, guys.

AnnouncementWashington has been docked eight scholarships for exceeding scholarship limits. The Huskies unexpectedly added 11 commits in Week 2 of the offseason, pushing their class total to 24 -- four over their limit for 2013. This is a potential consequence of offering more scholarships than available. The sanction will be spread out over two years. Thus, Washington will be docked four scholarships in 2014 and four scholarships in 2015. Washington's bonus scholarship from the 2013 Conference Challenge is still valid, meaning the Huskies will only be docked three scholarships in 2014 instead of four. Since 11 prospects all committed at the same time, I will allow Rice to choose which four prospects he needs to cut. Really sorry about this. Never expected to double my class size in one week. I did have 2 players leave early and a extra bonus scholarship so maybe its not a severe as we would like to make it out to be. That should of been a total of 23 correct? Lesson learned as I will not offer scholarships to players unless its under my number. I was number 1 on these players lists for several weeks. As they slow played me I offered other players.

Wait, you had two players leave early? Rice, you need to post on this board if players left early because then your scholarship limit is affected. Therefore, your scholarship limit was 22, not 20, meaning your penalty should have been four scholarships, not eight. Thus, you will be docked three scholarships for the 2014 season. It would be four, but you get an extra scholarship for the Conference Challenge. You do not have any scholarship losses for 2015.
