Technically, your scholarship limit is 25 because NCAA '13 will not allow you to have more than 25 in a single class.

Washington: (73-70) + 19 = 22
Washington has 22 scholarships. Recruiting violations by the previous Washington user (Rice) will not be sanctioned against Richmeek.

Sanctions from Rice's recruiting and the extra scholarship from the Conference Challenge do not affect this number because you did not participate in either action last season. To be fair, a new user would have to inherit all or none of the previous user's rewards and penalties. I've decided that a new user receives none.
