Looks like the Pac 12 is going to have some questions answered today. Can Cal stop the triple option? Can Wash slow down Grigsby's Heisman Train? Is UCLA not as dead as you think? Despite the rough start a win for Mora Jr and the UCLA Bruins could propel them into an unlikely Pac 12 Champ game at 7-5. Utah wants to prove to recruits and the nation they are not just a plucky upstart but a team on the verge of becoming elite. To do that they have to get back to the Pac 12 Champ game to avenge some of the early season beatdowns they absorbed. Can't wait to see the results Well Cal has been putting in some practice time to stop the triple option. We are looking to avoid a Michigan defense vs Air Force situation.

UCLA 38- UTAH 20
FINALLY my squad puts together a complete game. Up 38-7 at one point, my team had everything clicking. Offense, defense, special teams. Like I mentioned last week, I gave my Freshman QB the start, and he showed up HUGE. Bryan Kelly threw for 5 TDs and 0 ints, totaling over 300 yds. My starting RB ran for over 100 yds. My defense got to the QB and finished with a couple sacks and 4 INTs.
Nice game BJams. I wa firing on all cylinders today, but you put together some nice drives.

#15 LSU - 26 #7 Texas A&M - 31
Just because I dominated the CPU the past three weeks does not mean that I'm immune from a scare. It was one of those games where all of the little things go in the CPU's favor. There were:
-Multiple dropped passes -Passes hitting wide-open receivers in the facemask -Mind-blowing overthrows when Connor Washington had 1-on-1 coverage -LSU receivers catching jump balls with three A&M defenders next to him on 3rd and long -Countless missed tackles -A holding penalty on 4th and inches, forcing me to kick a field goal from 56 yards, which of course doinked off the crossbar a la Gibbons
You get the idea. LSU has a strong team and played a great game. Thankfully, up four with two minutes to play, I was able to strip-sack LSU's QB and return the fumble for a TD. With an 11-point cushion, I was able to hold on. It certainly wasn't easy, but I'll take the win.
QB Jamiel Showers: 17-26, 329 yards, 3 TDs, 2 INTs RB Trey Williams: 14 rushes, 55 yards WR Mike Evans: 4 receptions, 126 yards, TD TE Connor Washington: 7 receptions, 133 yards FS Howard Matthews: 15 tackles, TFL, 1.5 sacks, PBU CB Deshazor Everett: 10 tackles, INT CB Cole Nichols: 4 tackles, 3 TFLs, 3 sacks, 2 FFs DT Shayvion Hatten: 2 tackles, 0.5 sack, FR, TD

This game felt very similar to the Tennessee game.....the 1st quarter went miserable and put me in a spot where I had to abandon the ground game. Needless to say, that worked out horribly. Couple that with the fact that I started getting IMs on my work computer that I had to respond to and I just completely fell apart (hence my missed EP and accidentally not attempting an onside after a late TD). Killa played great and absolutely destroyed me with the curl route. His defense was stout.....I felt like there were defenders everywhere and had to force way to many passes. My DBs and LBs dropped a lot of potential INTs....no breaks for the Utes. The lone bright spot was my true freshman WR Randy Hills. He picked up 6 for 90 with 2 TDs.

They are on one of their crazy drives and I stop them short of a 1st down to force 4 and inches. They lineup to punt and my freakin CB on the far right jumps offsides (I was user on the punt returner). I've never seen that. F the computer.
