From about 6-9 tonight I won't be available. Hopefully we can advance a couple more times.

Since this is sim-style i feel SC should not be docked for oversigning because they are in the SEC lol

Ozi's oversigning has been mushroom stamped by Hez's hammer of justice

The auto-commits only happen after Week 5 of the offseason. In that case, the policy is to cut those players immediately and you will not be penalized. EDIT: Also, I can tell the difference between regular commits and auto-commits on the EA website. If a user tries to keep an auto-commit because he has a high rating, I will know this, and the user will be docked two scholarships. OK, this is a serious question: I likely won't run into this problem this season because I'll probably sign a full class of 25, but how can you tell if a kid is an actual commit or an auto-commit? I ask because I haven't, and won't, memorize the names of the players I recruited. - Under the recruiting tab on the EA website, click the sub-tab "Top Classes." - When you click on a team, that team's list of commits will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. - Click on a player to bring up his "Prospect Info." Once the "Prospect Info" appears, click the "Schools" tab. -Under the "Schools" tab, it shows if the prospect was offered or not by each school. For a prospect committed to you and it shows that you offered him a scholarship, then he is a regular commit. If it shows that you didn't offer him, then he is an auto-commit. It sounds obvious, and it is, but this is the only place I know where it shows you whether or not the prospect was actually offered a scholarship.

So I offered a lower rated kicker since I was way behind for my #1 target at kicker and ended up with both this week to take my last two spots.
I'm done for the offseason.

Ozi,
You just added a 16th commit. I'm not penalizing you for this, but you need to cut ATH Sean Hines.
FYI: if you have players on your recruiting boards that you have offered scholarships to, and you don't remove them from your board, they can still commit to you even if you stop calling them. Once you have hit your limit, you need to remove all players with scholarship offers from your board. Otherwise, you will be docked.

Hez, Rice is over scholarship limit I believe. 24 commits/ 20 scholarships available (he might have had some players leave early but he only had 3 potential draft/transfer players).
I'm a whistleblower...sorry rice.

He's informed me of this, and I'm discussing the matter with him right now. I haven't decided what action I'm going to take yet. Make sure to read my Recruiting - Announcement thread that I just posted.
