ANNOUNCEMENT
I have two announcements/warnings regarding recruiting:
1. While offering a scholarship to a prospect may be a great recruiting tool to generate a lot of points in his recruitment, I do not recommend offering more scholarships than you have available. If you do, there may be a week when a majority of those prospects commit to your school and put you over the scholarship limit.
I'm on the verge of assessing serious scholarship penalties for it right now. I don't care if it's fluky. You need to manage your scholarship situation by prioritizing which recruits you want and then staggering scholarship offers and visits.
2. If you do divulge in this practice, once you hit your limit, remove all prospects that have a scholarship offer from your board. You can always re-add them if you wish, but the process of removing them rescinds their scholarship offer. If you don't remove them, they may commit to your school even though you have stopped calling them.
I'm letting Ozi off the hook for this because he's already been docked, but you will be punished accordingly.

Hez, Rice is over scholarship limit I believe. 24 commits/ 20 scholarships available (he might have had some players leave early but he only had 3 potential draft/transfer players). NCAA enforcement is in the house! Seriously though, good catch Rabbits. We all need to hold each other accountable. I smell a rat.. we don't like your kind around the SEC!! Lol.

Announcement
Washington has been docked eight scholarships for exceeding scholarship limits. The Huskies unexpectedly added 11 commits in Week 2 of the offseason, pushing their class total to 24 -- four over their limit for 2013. This is a potential consequence of offering more scholarships than available.
The sanction will be spread out over two years. Thus, Washington will be docked four scholarships in 2014 and four scholarships in 2015.
Washington's bonus scholarship from the 2013 Conference Challenge is still valid, meaning the Huskies will only be docked three scholarships in 2014 instead of four.
Since 11 prospects all committed at the same time, I will allow Rice to choose which four prospects he needs to cut.
