Don't you have enough 4* recruits already? Leave some for the rest of us. Besides why would he want to sit the bench for you for several years, when he can help my terrible defense next year.

Hez is this your 1st 1,000 pt call this year? I haven't seen the double pts so far this year like in years past and this past week I racked up a 1,437pt call to try and secure myself a decent WR. It popped up out of nowhere so I not sure if you do anything to earn it or it is just random but it came just when I needed it.

I believe I had one earlier in the year, but it's always been completely random for me. However, I do think if you purchase the Dynasty Enhancements -- Scouting Reports, etc. -- I believe one of them tells you when you will receive the "Adviser Bonus". I may be mistaken though as I've never purchased those, and I don't think they work in an online dynasty anyway.

I would hope they don't work in online dynasty and if they do no one was cheating and buying it. Sounds like it is random just less than in years past.
I must say that as the year winds down that I love the new scouting on the recruiting. Ozi still never responded why he doesn't use it but I find it very useful. I was able to back off using all my points on guys with little hope of ever getting, because I was able to find a gem I could lock down pretty easily so I could concentrate my time better.
Hopefully the new patch smooths out some of the gameplay issues and tech issues and I thnk we'll have a great game to play for the fall/winter.

I'm pretty sure I turned the option to use these things off when I created the dynasty.

Mid-week commitment
3* ATH #307(#36 ATH) Willie Starks 71(+3) OVR-- 96% scouted
Hard to tell what position he will be: either a WR/CB/SS. But his strength rating is really low.
15 commits (15/21 spots filled).

I added the aforementioned Cole Nichols as my 19th commit in Week 14:
4* ATH Cole Nichols -- No. 76 overall, No. 15 ATH -- Kapolei, HI -- 80 (+6), 100% -- GEM
Since I have already fully scouted the other 18 commits, I already know that Mr. Nichols will be Texas A&M's highest rated commit of the 2013 class. Plus, since Nichols is an athlete, there's a great chance he'll have a higher rating than 80 at his preferred position: cornerback.
At 6'1" and 180 lbs with near-elite coverage skills -- Man Coverage: 87, Zone Coverage: 84, Press: 85 -- I believe I have the next Charles Woodson on my hands.
I have one scholarship remaining, and it's reserved for a offensive tackle prospect that is a soft verbal to the Aggies.

Maybe if you added 10 to all those numbers you could say you had the next Charles Woodson! haha Seriously though, that's a huge pickup. Congrats. I'll have to remember not to throw his way.

With my 20-man class practically set and fully scouted, here's how the class breaks down:
4* ATH (CB/WR) Cole Nichols: 80 (+6) -- GEM 4* MLB Bubba Higgins: 79 (+1) 4* TE Connor Washington: 78 (+1) 4* WR Antonio McNair: 75 (+3) 4* FS Jeremy Paris: 75 (+1) 4* ATH (WR/QB) Tyrone Harrell: 75 (-1) 4* T Calvin Thompson: 74 (-1) 4* T Mark Morris: 74 (-2) -- Soft Verbal to Texas A&M 4* G Thomas Matthews: 74 (-2) 4* ATH (SS/OLB) Kellen Smith: 73 (+2) 4* DE Brannon Smith: 72 (+1) 4* RB Larry Simon: 69 (-4) 4* MLB Rory Pitts: 68 (-1) 3* TE Isaiah Douglas: 75 (+8) -- GEM 3* G Desmond Henderson: 74 (+3) 3* DT Tim Tucker: 74 (+4) 3* CB Stephen Robinson: 73 (+4) 3* SS Nick Morris: 73 (+4) 3* OLB Ben Van: 69 (-1) 1* FB Jonathan Landry: 74 (+10) -- GEM
My class has 13 ****, 6 ***, and 1 *, with nine commits in the Top 150.
The average overall rating of my 2013 class is 73.9.
While I don't have too many elite players in my class, a majority of them fall between the 73-75 range, meaning that this should be a very solid class for me in a few years.

Good point. I should have clarified that those numbers are near-elite for a true freshman. I expect -- or more like hope -- that those ratings jump quite a bit by his *junior* season.
