Hez and Ozi are slumming it a little vulturing some of my guys, but I'm not overly concerned thay are not guys I was counting on in this class. Not sure if you scouted that stud RB Hez but the reason I don't have him signed is he is pretty fucking slow. He's an interesting back because of his other attributes, but I don't think I've seen a back that slow get rated so high.

He's an interesting back because of his other attributes, but I don't think I've seen a back that slow get rated so high. I've fully evaluated Gutierrez. He's a 75 OVR, and yes, his 81 Speed is very slow. It is alarming as I also have never seen that before. I don't really have a choice at this point, though. I need a quality running back in this class for depth, and California stole the No. 1 RB on my board out of my home state. *Shakes fist at Camkp*. I received a commitment from an 80 OVR running back last season, so he'll be the main guy in two years. Gutierrez will ride the pine for a little while, and I hopefully will find an elite, speedy running back in next year's class.

Commitments over the past few weeks:
3* #591 (#38 DT) Alex Murray 73(+7) OVR -- 100 % scouted--gem 4* #287 (#15 DT) Donnie Davis 73(+2) OVR --100 % scouted-- Survived a late push from North Carolina. Some good DT prospects in the state of Maryland this season, so I'm loading up. 3* #333 (#23 OLB) Leslie Lindsay 75(+4) OVR-100% scouted-- starter 2nd year on campus. 3* #708 (#10 K) Cody Moore 76(-3) OVR--66% scouted-- will probably take a 2nd kicker
9 commitments. 10 spots left.

Question- What would you do?
I promised a stud that I would not sign any players at his position. I have a decent chance of signing the player but I also have got into contention for another stud at the same position. He is not quite as good as the original guy but I need both. Would you sign him and piss the other guy off? My concern is that his odds of transferring would skyrocket if I broke that particular promise.

Texas A&M added its 15th commitment in Week 13:
4* RB Chris Gonzalez -- No. 37 overall, No. 3 RB -- DeSoto, TX -- 75 (0), 100%
Also, Alabama came out of nowhere to steal a highly touted TE out of the state of Texas. Damn.
I have four scholarships remaining.

Aggies picked up their 16th commit mid-Week 13:
1* FB Jermaine Taylor -- No. 2542, No. 25 FB -- Alice, TX -- 67 (+5), 91%
With the switch in offensive playbooks, I was required to add a second FB. Taylor won't play for a few years.
I have three scholarships remaining.

I keep saying it but EA really has done a great job with this recruiting. Recruiting an athlete can unearth some real gems for positions you struggle to recruit, but man does it drain your resources. It takes forever to scout these freakin guys. With that said I finally landed a guy I've really pursued hard for weeks.
4* Ath #42 ath #272 overall 74(+6) 84% scouted. Donaldson , La
I stopped scouting him once I saw these 2 numbers 87 man coverage 84 Press coverage. From there I'll take my chances. Obvious candidate for corner but I may look past some of his tackling issues and see how he works at free safety.
