Killa not sure if you saw me creeping but I thought I had Jackson in the bag. I made up so much ground late I thought for sure I would snag him. This class is becoming a bummer. I may go with 60 kids next year. No one wants to play for the SEC West Champs?? I did notice. I felt pretty comfortable due to his interests and their correlations with what I had to offer. It did get a bit uncomfortable when we were knotted up the week before he commited. Hoping he will make it impossible to take the top off my defense at some point.

Nice Haul Killa. Lost out on a DE stud because I didn't scout him to late. Hez we both sat there and let him sit. I think he will end up at 79-80 range and he committed to Lousiana-Lafayette
I will say Mizzou is set at OT for a while.
4* #9T #131 Ovr Bo Smith 76(+1) Bastrop, La
Somehow despite his ranking and taking up residence in a recruiting hotbed nobody wanted him. He had his heart set on Texas and they would not offer so each week I spent the max points on him despite the fact he had little interest in Mizzou. He hated everything I had to offer, but I refused to go away and finally he gave in. Finally..... in a few years I should have some time to pass.
4* WR Preston Burley #53WR #297 Overall 73(+5) 100% St. Joseph, Mo
The hometown kid is a home run threat with 95 speed. He can't catch worth a shit so he may take a shot at RB. So many athletes in this class. Going to be an exciting try out to see who fits where on this roster. This is the Speed and OT tackle class for Mizzou.

Added another **** RB in Ben Rollins (77 overall GEM) as well as a *** GEM DT. Class is finished after one more DT drops. Well under my limit of 22. Banking scholarships for next year.

Got a nice surprise scouting two of my committed prospects that I haven't fully scouted:
3* Eric Greenwood #589 (#36 DT) -- 69(+3) OVR (40 % scouted) --> 77(+11) GEM (100% scouted) -- instant commit week 1.
4* Drew Berry #235 (#12 SS) -- 71(-2) OVR (50% scouted) --> 79(+6) GEM (100% scouted)
Awesome!!!

Finalized my class with 3 more pickups. A 70 Overall Tackle +7 Gem, a 67 OLB and a 63 WR (the last two were to secure pipelines and were my only players taken sub 70)
11 of 18 Commits are Gems and none moved into the negative at all. Avg rating is 72.8 (not bad given the 63 WR figures into that)...my best class yet.
Also, given the pipeline issue me and rabbits have, I've done a nice job establishing pipelines in other states. I now have 5 pipeline states (would have 7 if Utah and Texas were counted as they should be).

Texas A&M's 2014 Class:
QB Anthony Thomas: 73 (-1) RB Chris Gonzalez: 75 (0) FB Jermaine Taylor: 68 (+6) -- GEM WR J.J. Adams: 80 (+7) -- GEM WR Danny Taylor: 78 (+9) -- GEM TE Matt Carter: 71 (+5) -- GEM T Jason Miles: 78 (+2) G Marvin Clemons: 79 (-8) -- BUST (Not really) C Lawrence Smith: 77 (+4)
DE Drew Smith: 76 (+2) DT Jason Brown: 81 (+4) OLB Will Young: 82 (+8) -- GEM OLB Tyrone Bell: 78 (+2) CB A.J. Ellis: 77 (+7) -- GEM FS Steve Mayo: 73 (-1) ATH Sean Williams: 80 (+1) ATH Terry Davis: 80 (+11) -- GEM P Tony Miller: 77 (+7) -- GEM
Avg. OVR Rating for 2014: 76.8 Avg. OVR Rating for 2013: 75.6 Avg. OVR Rating for 2012: 73.9
2014 Class: 2 *****, 12 ****, 2 ***, 1 **, and 1 *, with nine commits in the Top 150. 2013 Class: 11 **** and 7 ***, with five commits in the Top 150. 2012 Class: 13 ****, 6 ***, and 1 *, with nine commits in the Top 150.
Talent in the state of Texas in the 2014 class was up, up, up. Thirteen of my eighteen commits reside in the home state, and the majority of them were 75+ OVR. While I have only two recruiting pipelines, I'll be plenty fine if Texas continues to produce this quality of talent.

South Carolina's 2014 Class: SS- Will Moore (#5) 77 OVR +2 100% Was in good position for him. Then a cpu team offered and jumped out to a huge lead. Dropped him off my board. After a few weeks the cpu team pulled the offer. Didn't recognize it for a few weeks and you swooped in and got him before I did. Tough losing in-state talent like that. But I did get lucky picking up a gem 79 OVR Safety.
